A number of pitfalls are associated with winning the lottery, including tax problems, publicity, and new relationships that come with wealth. As a result, winners are often wise to keep their mouths shut until the money is in their hands and they\u2019ve surrounded themselves with legal and financial advisers. In addition, they should keep their tickets in a safe place where only they can access them.
